Belt Filter Presses
Belt filter presses have proven to be unparalleled over the years as an economical dewatering method especially in applications with a high sludge flowrate owing to their continuous operation principle. We as Sismat manufacture three different types of belt filter presses to provide solutions suitable for all types of sludge of different content and constitution, as hard as they may be to dewater. The robust frame and drum of our belt filter presses are torque resistant. They require no maintenance, as all bearings on them are waterproof and wear resistant. While maximum cake dryness is obtained by way of different pressure levels, the solids content of the filtrate is very low. Belt washing is very efficient owing to self-cleaning type nozzles, which affects the efficiency of belt filter presses positively.
