Sismat Uluslararası is specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of mechanical equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants and water intake structures with knowhow and experience of many years.
We design and manufacture innovative high quality machines, plants and equipment for municipal and industrial water, wastewater and sludge and deliver conventional to technological treatment solutions for industrial and municipal markets with our employees of more than 90 people who are experts in equipment design and manufacturing. Most of our production line is manufactured and developed by our own engineering know how and experience.
Sismat Uluslararası has a large global installed base of cost-effective, energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable equipment in more than 70 countries.
Sismat Uluslararası has provided more than 10,000 equipment to its more than 1,000 customers worldwide which are mainly turnkey contractors, contractors, operators, engineering offices, end users and state offices.
Our production facility is based in the heart of an organized industrial area in Gebze, 50 km away from İstanbul and very close to European Highway and harbors. You can reach to İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport in fifteen minutes by car from Sismat Uluslararası plant.
Our production area has a total surface area of 3,000 m2 having two halls with 17x8 m width and height, and 100 m and 60 m length, respectively. Our production facility has two separate entrances suitable for the entrance of all types of heavy vehicles for loading and unloading. There are three travelling bridge cranes; two of them having 10 tons and one of them having of 5 tons of capacity. The four-storey office building with a total area of 1,000 m2 is directly connected to the production area.
In order to benefit from the time saving and quality advantages that new technologies can provide, all machines and tools in the production area are maintained and renewed to keep up with the state-of-the-art. All design and project work is computer-aided and drawings of parts are directly transferred to PLC controlled cutting bench.
We are capable of fabricating steel works of app. 1,000 tons/year. This capacity can easily be increased when needed using other qualified local suppliers and subcontractors
